Greetings Sensei, Athletes, and Friends;

With great pleasure, I would like to extend my invitation on the behalf the American Shotokan Karate Federation and the Shotokan Karate Dojo.  We would like to invite you to our third  Invitational Karate Tournament in Denver, Colorado on Saturday, November 14, 2026.

This year, we will have a new Venue  at Gateway High School at 1300 S Sable Blvd, Aurora, CO 80012.

There is no food or drink allowed brought into the tournament.  Only water.

Bleacher seating and concessions (food) available for purchase.

This tournament will have nationally certified officials from different areas of the  country, as well as local credited local officials volunteering at the event.  

After leaving the venue:

The venue falls in a residential area but is close to Town Center Aurora, a multi-ethnic  area with some of the most authentic food markets and restaurants in the United States.

After leaving the Veneu, please take time for some mountain culture in some of the best times and great weather in the cites and greater mountain commuity of the greater Denver area.  Any Coloradan would love to let you know of the many things happaning in the area.  

The event will provide 5-rings of non-stop action.  USA Kata list,  USA Karate Kumite , and Revolving Team Kumite.

Date – November 14, 2026

Venue –1300 S Sable Blvd, Aurora, CO 80012.  This a different place all together.

The first divisions will be staged at 8:15 AM, Opening Ceremony at 8:30, matches start at 9:00.
